tygrahof asked: Hi again. I just read your interview at The Round Stable (Love that name!) and all my questions were answered except about a follow up album. Can we expect more pony music from the later series? Thank you for your time and efforts; the music is wonderful!

Thanks! I am working on a new album of 12 arrangements, which I hope to release sometime in the next couple months. I know it’s been a while since I’ve released anything and I thank you for your patience.

parukiadebolivar asked: will you ever release scores to the public? Or can't you because of legality issues?

Unfortunately, I can’t release written scores because of legal issues.  With audio, I can obtain a compulsory mechanical license to make covers without needing to do any sort of negotiations with the publisher.  I can’t do that with scores.

mikedawson asked: I want to buy one of your albums, but after reading your interview, I've decided I'll purchase from the vendor that eats the smallest amount of profits. Which one would that be for you?

First of all, thanks for buying my album! I appreciate it.

Bandcamp is the service to use that will eat into the smallest amount of profit.  It’s also the only place where you can download the tracks in a lossless format and the only place where you can buy my album if you live outside the United States.

Anonymous asked: Where did you study music? Were you ever in a orchestra/ band?

I went to college at Berklee College of Music and graduated in 2007.  I’ve been in way too many bands and orchestras to count, from garage bands to bar bands to percussion ensembles, concert bands, marching bands, wind ensembles, and orchestras.  I was such a huge band nerd in high school that I forfeit my lunch period in order to take more music classes.
